The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) has organised the 7th annual e-Governance Africa Forum 2013 confirmed to be held from the 25th -27th March 2013 at the Speke Resort in Munyonyo, Kampala, Uganda. This event is hosted by Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) Uganda.
e-Gov Africa is a series of events created by the CTO to assist African stakeholders in identifying ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of governance through e-enabling. The Forum is acknowledged by all parties, including NEPAD and ITU, as the foremost platform in Sub-Saharan Africa for sharing knowledge and best practices.
Among the key themes of the 3 day conference are:
